Welcome to the home page of Lakeshore Appraisals, LLC, my name is Sandra "Sandi" Goodrich and I am a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser located in Central Florida. I became an Appraiser after retiring from AT&T. I was a Project Manager for a multi-million dollar client, so I am all about great customer service, client communication and accuracy!
I have lived and worked my entire life in the Central Florida area and I'm familiar with the market and trends. I have over 8 years experience appraising residential real estate in Central Florida which includes, but not limited to, Lake County (Clermont, Tavares, Leesburg, Eustis, The Villages, Mt. Dora), Orange County (Orlando/Winter Park, Maitland, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere), Seminole County (Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford) and Osceola County (Kissimmee/St. Cloud) and Sumter County.
Central Florida is known for its pristine lakes such as the Butler Chain of Lakes in Windermere, the Clermont Chain of Lakes in Clermont/Minneola and the Harris Chain in northern Lake County, the Orlando Magic Basketball team, Bay Hill and many, many fun attractions! The area is growing and changing and it's all very exciting and challenging.
It is important to me and the success of Lakeshore Appraisals to be educated and knowledgeable. Training, seminars and continuing education are scheduled on a regular basis. I recently completed Litigation Appraising: Specialized Topics and Applications, Property Tax Assessment Appraisal and Mortgage Fraud and Real Estate Valuation through the Appraisal Institute. I am active on the FHA Roster of approved appraisers.
I am an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, member of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and Mid Florida Multiple Listing Service.
